Brown Sugar & Garlic Chicken

This is a ridiculously easy dish that is perfect as a weeknight meal.

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.

In a small skillet, begin heating 2 Tablespoons Butter and 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil over medium low heat.

You will mince up 4 cloves of garlic, and add it to the skillet.

Saute the garlic in the butter and oil until it is fragrant and tender.

Turn off the heat, and add 1/4 cup Brown Sugar.

Mix this together with one more Tablespoon of Butter. The warm skillet will melt this.

Lay out 4 or 5 thin-cut boneless & skinless chicken breasts on a baking sheet with sides.

Spread the mixture all over the top of the chicken.

Then sprinkle the chicken with a tiny pinch of salt.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

The garlic becomes sweet and crunchy on top of the chicken, and it is simply delicious.
