This recipe makes a pile of yummy chicken wings, great for dinner, or maybe as a snack while watching the game!

To begin, preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Place your chicken wings in a large baking dish with a rack. This was about 3 pounds of wings.

Give them a good salt & peppering.

And stick them in the oven for 40-50 minutes, or until the skin begins to turn golden.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine 1/3 cup Honey

with 2 Tablespoons Butter

and 1/3 cup grainy Dijon Mustard

Whisk it all together, and bring it to a boil.

Turn down the heat, and let it simply simmer for a few minutes.

Take out the chicken wings, and place them in a heat-safe bowl.

Pour the sauce over the wings.

Toss them to coat.

Place them back onto the baking rack, and brush any sauce that is left on the bowl, over the wings. Back into the oven for 10 more minutes.

And there you have it! A platter full of sticky, yummy wings!

Enjoy!
