The days that you are going about, cleaning the house, you're on a roll, and you turn around to find that your toddler just made a mess in the room you just cleaned?
Well, I have one of those.
He's 2.
He also has fur.
Yesterday, I was tidying up, and as I finished up the kitchen, I grabbed my bag of reusable shopping bags and set them over by the stairs so I could put them back in my van, where I keep them for shopping.
I went about vacuuming the hall, headed into the classroom, vacuuming my pretty head off.
I turn around and look at the hall I had just vacuumed to find this.

Grocery bags everywhere!
And the culprit showing not a trace of remorse.

Of course, if he could talk, he would probably try and tell me that the white kitten did it.

That is his partner in crime...they are inseparable.
Gotta love 2 year-olds.
And with the turn of the seasons, we had a day of 60 degree weather, so I pulled out the cool weather recipes.
Mmmmmmm.......Split Pea Soup in the making!

Hi,
I saw your profile on SimpleChurch.com I love your blog. :o) Today's posts really caught my attention. We have a cat that looks a lot like yours. Your soup recipe looks good as well. I am starting to make more soups as well with the coming cool crisp weather. I'll have to try Split Pea sometime! :o)
God bless,
Angel
