This afternoon I made a batch of blackberry jelly.
Juicing the blackberries
This is what is left of 2 gallons of blackberries. Seeds & pulp. Yum!
Pulling out the hot jars
Pouring in the purple yummy stuff!
and pulling out the processed jars...
A few minutes later, I was rewarded with that wonderful sound of "tink!" "tink!" "tink!"
